The equipment consists of a main machine head, a traction bed and a feeding stand. The traction bed is clamped by the chuck on the moving trolley to hold the big end of the steel rod. The trolley moves, pushing the steel rod from the small end to the big end at a constant speed under the six clamping claws of the main machine head according to the cone ratio. The big end of the steel rod is supported by the feeding push rod trolley, and the guide wheel on the machine head performs automatic seam alignment. When the steel rod is aligned, the welder starts arc welding.
